Squeaky Clean Tile and Grout has set the terms and conditions which are more of a contract to be agreed between the client and the company. It is therefore advised to the customers to go through the terms and condition section before going further and hiring any services. Also, we hold the right to change and update our terms and conditions before any prior notification. We will try to send an email about the updates, but it’s entirely customer’s responsibility to read our terms of rules at regular time intervals.
Booking can be made by the customers through calling or writing us an email.
Card details should be provided at the time of service appointment. And authority should be given to Squeaky Clean Tile to debit applicable amount for our tile and grout cleaning services.
Plus, our team should be updated about slippery surfaces, particular areas with ingrained dirt, and other risk of dangers while cleaning.
The customer is allowed to cancel or make changes to the booking before 24 hours of the service. No cancellation charges will be applied if cancellation is done before one working day of the service. However, the call out charges of minimum $90 will be applicable if the cancellation is done before a few hours of service time.
For cancelling the appointment you can inform us by calling us on 1300 362 217 or by emailing us mentioning the details like the address of services, booking number, and date of service.
Extra charges will be applicable if the services are appointed for early morning or after 6 pm or on weekends and federal and public holidays.
All the quotations and prices for tile and grout cleaning service are owned by Squeaky Clean Tile and Grout and we hold the right to change them.
We charge our tile and grout cleaning according to per square meter. Plus, a setup fee will also be charged for tile and grout steam cleaning.
For the tiled stairs, the prices will be charged per steps. Additional charges will be paid for the additional steps.
The payment is to be done in cash unless any other payment method is decided between the company and the client. The payment is to be after the completion of appointed services.
The mode of payments we accept includes credit card, cash, bank transfer and more. In the case of bank transfer, the payment should be deposited before the commencement of the work.
